  • What about confidentiality?

From my wealth of experience working as administrative support, we come to understand that communicating and transmitting documents via electronically transportation sensitive information is not safe. We as a virtual assistant business, pride ourselves in the priority for our client's confidentiality and security. To secure highly confidential information, each client has an encrypted folder that maintains privacy and safety. Upon service completion, all folders are burned to a cd and then removed from our server. Services that are ongoing, monthly password changes are made, and security locks made to all programs in use. Each client is assigned a unique ID, so documents are not accidentally transposed between clients.


  • Where are you located?

We are proudly located in Union, NJ. As 99.999% of our work is conducted virtually; however, we may entertain the request of coming on site from time to time. Please forward your request to us via email


  • When are you available?

Located in New Jersey, USA, our typical working hours is 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST), but should a project require hours outside of our standard time frame, please contact us to see if we could accommodate the request.


  • What about virus?

To maintain information, we have a highly secure firewall prohibiting most corrupt files to become damaged or destroyed. Also, our systems go through rigorous detection that removes and block keyloggers, cookies, trojans, worms and other types malware, as well as remove programs that may slow down a computer providing faster turnaround service to our clients. Also, each month we run a monthly check of our hard drive.


  • How do We communicate?

In our efforts of providing flexibility, we offer communication via telephone, fax, email, instinct messaging, and via Skype.
